Hello Everyone!

March 1st, 2013 Update!    We are on for the Saturday Launch starting at 9:00 A.M.

See you all there!

512e3882We have a great weekend awaiting all of us this coming Launch Day!

First of all, we have Nate Jaxon and a group of his fellow Film and Visual Journalism students from the University of Miami  who will be doing a Video Documentary all about our hobby!

It will be done from the point of view of the people who launch Model Rockets, how they have made them, and how they were introduced to model rocketry.

This is definitely the weekend to show off your stuff!

Second, we have several NAR Level One Certification Flights tentatively scheduled.

Third, once again we will have our flying of the Odd-Rocs!     Bet you did not know a Wire Spool could fly!

And lastly,  we have a very big Birthday to celebrate this weekend, (give you all a hint, he has a Pony Tail and is turning 55!)

So come and join us, get involved with the Documentary, get some rockets in the air, try out for your Level One and grab some cake!

Oh,  one last thing,  I have finally have found some time to start posting the Launch Photos that I have been taking each month.  I still have hundreds of photos to go through, but I do have the pictures from the January 5th, 2013 Launch up on our Gallery Site.
